Gatlin Forge is their private Smoky Mountain cabin — a cozy retreat they use themselves and lovingly share with guests. There’s no property management company behind it; every detail reflects their own care, attention, and commitment to creating a welcoming, comfortable stay.

They also privately own a luxury Mexico timeshare membership, which allows them to offer stays at Garza Blanca and Villa del Palmar resorts across Cancún, Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, Loreto, and the Riviera Maya. While the membership is theirs personally, guests enjoy full resort amenities and professional service provided directly by the local resort teams — from pools and spas to dining and concierge support.
